**Responsibilities for Controller**
- Responsible for supervising the accounting procedures
- Responsible for the analysis of M&A opportunities and integration of companies
- Analyze and assess the financial performance of the business
- Responsible for the development of policies, systems, special financial studies, etc. of major importance
- Advise management on matters of fiscal procedure and importance for the organization
- Ensure compliance with the financial procedures of the organization
- Manage and oversee the daily finance and accounting operations of the business including
- Month end and year end process
- Accounts payable/receivable
- General ledger accounting
- Cash forecasting
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Forecasting
- Annual budgeting/planning process
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principle
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Provide leadership in understanding the manufacturing operations of the business units and helping to develop relevant KPIs to drive operational excellence

**Requirements for Senior Operations Controller**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting Required
- Master’s Degree Preferred
- CPA or CMA a plus
- M&A integration experience
- 15+ years of financial and accounting related experience
- 10+ years of controllership experience
- Previous working experience in manufacturing setting with emphasis on cost accounting principles and practices
- Proven track record of driving financial results
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at an expert level
- Team lead/management experience - day-to-day, training, mentorship, development Experience with manipulating, analyzing and interpreting a large amounts of data

**Pay Rate**:

- $90000-$115000

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
