Reporting to the VP Finance, the Controller oversees all financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance for the group of companies. This role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial results, manages cash flow and internal controls, and supports strategic decision-making through strong financial insight. The Controller partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, implement process improvements, and uphold financial discipline across the organization. TMGMS Job Requirements: CPA, CA designation with 8+ years progressive accounting/finance experience with 3+ years in public practice Must have CPG or manufacturing industry experience Audit and/or public accounting background is preferred Strong critical thinking skills to develop creative solutions to business issues or opportunities Must have strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, & initiative to drive improvement efforts Additional experience in an entrepreneurial environment is ideal, and a self-starter mindset in a virtual work-from-home environment is fundamental Apply
