If you are looking to grow your career in finance and build a foundation of knowledge within the Canadian securities industry, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to our success, Endeavor Trust might be the right place for you. **Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**: - Process securities transactions using in-house software. - Ensure the accurate and timely completion of documents related to share issuances, transfers, and other types of securities transactions. - Produce and distribute share certificates and share statements for shareholders. - Organize and prepare documents for corporate annual general meetings. - Other administrative duties or projects as assigned. **Requirements and Skills**: - Attention to detail and organization. - Team player. - Takes initiative and ensures tasks are completed fully and timely. - Effective task prioritization. - Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Clear and effective oral and written communication. - Excellent time management. - Able to accept feedback positively. - 1-2 years of previous office experience. Start date is as soon as possible. This position is full time, 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is NOT a remote job. **Salary**:$20 - $26/hour, or $41,000 - $54,000/year, depending on experience. **Benefits**: Extended health, dental, life insurance, ADD, critical illness, long-term disability, and $500 health spending/lifestyle & wellness account.
