**Production Coordinator**

At **DCCHail Calgary**,** **we are looking for a full time **Production Coordinator **for a contract role**.**

This role helps maintain high-quality standards in autobody repair, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of repair vehicles to ensure that all work meets quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards in alignment with industry regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and any deviations from quality standards, including photographs and reports
- Identify and analyze defects or issues in repairs, providing feedback and solutions to improve processes and workmanship.
- Work closely with production managers, technicians, and other departments to address quality issues and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure that all repair processes comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations as well as safety standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and overall shop performance.
- Prepare regular reports on quality control findings and trends, providing insights for management on areas needing improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Body shop experience is a considerable asset
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Meticulous record keeping skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Outstanding organizational and customer service skills
- A performance driven attitude to accomplish all tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Valid driver’s license
