As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive **International Sales Coordinator** to join our team and support our international operations.

**Position Overview**:
The **International Sales Coordinator** will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with buyers across Spanish-speaking countries, including Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, and other regions. This role will focus on gathering market intelligence, providing pricing updates, and offering exceptional customer service to buyers in these regions. Daily communication with buyers will be key to providing market insights, prices, and updates on inventory status.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking buyers across international markets.
- Communicate regularly with buyers to provide market updates, answer inquiries, and build strong customer relationships.
- Provide daily or weekly pricing updates based on market conditions and internal pricing discussions.
- **Market Intelligence Gathering**:

- Monitor and track market conditions in key international markets.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales and management team.
- Report trends and market conditions to the management team to inform business strategies.
- **Pricing and Inventory Monitoring**:

- Communicate pricing decisions and updates to buyers.
- Monitor inventory levels and update customers on product availability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate communication on inventory position and shipment schedules.
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide support to the sales team by maintaining customer relationships and ensuring smooth communication on orders.
- Track orders and provide updates to clients, ensuring all details are accurately communicated.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with buyers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Address and resolve any customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in Spanish** (both written and verbal) is required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of international market conditions and understanding of regional buyer behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience in the agricultural or export industry is a plus.
