**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assemble and build equipment according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation and repair tasks.
- Represent the company in a professional, and courteous manner
- Provide superior customer service by way of positive customer interaction
- Professionally install and service smart home devices including but not limited to Alarms., CCTV, TVs, Speakers, Thermostats, Lighting, etc
- Conduct routine maintenance on systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functions.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years Experience in Smart Home Installations (required)
- Minimum 3 years Experience in Low Voltage (required)
- Proficiency with a Smart Home Solution (Control4, Crestron, etc.)
- Proficiency with Audio Video Systems including TV & Projector Installations
- Familiarity with CCTV Systems (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Avigilon)
- Familiarity with Intrusion Alarms (DSC, Honeywell, Bosch)
- Fluency in cable termination, such as category cable, coax and fibre
- Proficient in programming and troubleshooting.
- Experience with power tools, hand tools, and low voltage systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position including but not limited to, frequent lifting of weight of 25 to 50 kg
- Must have a G Driver’s License

**Experience**
- Smart Home Installation: 2 years (required)
- Audio Video Installation: 2 years (required)
- Troubleshoot systems and resolve problems: 2 years (required)
- Cabling installations: 2 years (required)
- Blueprint and Schematics reading: 2 years (required)
- Cable Terminations (CAT Cable, Coax and Fibre): 2 years (required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
