**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician with experience in heavy-duty machinery and the ability to operate such equipment. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IoT devices on heavy machinery, ensuring seamless operation in challenging environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, test, and maintain IoT devices on heavy-duty machinery at client sites.
- Operate heavy-duty machinery to support installation and testing processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal equipment

performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electrical and mechanical systems of heavy-duty machines.
- Carry out soldering and basic electrical repairs on IoT devices and machinery components.
- Train end-users and customers on proper device usage and maintenance.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records of equipment and installations.
- Travel to client locations as required for on-site support.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in servicing heavy-duty machinery.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in heavy machinery.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, or cranes) safely and efficiently.
- Hands-on knowledge of soldering and electrical repair techniques.
- Technical aptitude in IoT devices or willingness to learn the basics of IoT technology.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to dynamic work environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certifications or licenses for operating heavy machinery.
- Basic understanding of IoT firmware and field testing.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
