**JOB DESCRIPTION** 2025 Global Corporate Banking Summer Analyst Program - Toronto**

Global Corporate Banking brings together the unique strengths of our legacy Corporate Client Banking and Corporate Banking businesses to provide a seamless experience for clients. Global Corporate Banking manages J.P. Morgan's overall relationships with large corporations and public sector organizations globally to deliver the full power of the firm to help our clients succeed. We offer customized financial solutions to help our clients meet their objectives and challenges in financing, raising capital, cash management, and investments. **What to expect**

This nine-week program kicks off with an orientation and training session, led by our top professionals and expert instructors. Our team members and mentors will help you navigate the firm and continue to learn about our businesses. You will be challenged to perform at the highest levels of excellence and are rewarded for your achievements in a demanding environment. Access to senior management and a strong network of peers will promote ongoing professional development throughout the summer. Top performing summer analysts may receive a full-time offer to join the Global Corporate Banking program.

We have opportunities in Toronto, Canada.

**You’ll make an impact by**:

- Working alongside Corporate Bankers and Product Partners to execute transactions from initial pitch through marketing to close
- Preparing marketing materials for use in client meetings covering topics such as financing alternatives, working capital optimization and industry analysis
- Creating financial models to support financing transactions
- Coordinating with product and coverage partners to produce and distribute client deliverables
- Maintaining internal reports including deal tracking, pipeline reports, and balance sheet memos
- Developing an understanding of the full breadth of J.P. Morgan products and service offerings

**About you**

We are looking for individuals with the intellectual curiosity and drive to contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive banking solutions for our clients. You’ll also have:

- Exceptional analytical, research and project management skills
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
- Coursework in finance, accounting or economics a plus
- Preferred 3.2 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expected graduation date of Dec 2025- June 2026
