Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide certification services for CSA clients for Modular/Mobile/Manufactured Home based on Standards CSA A277-16 and CSA Z240-MHseries-16.- Evaluate products design/construction, formulate test plans, and analyze test data to determine compliance with applicable CSA requirements.- This position includes duties such as interacting with clients, assessing project costs, and providing quote input, conducting site visits, generating findings reports.- Engage proactively with service delivery team and ensure all certification assignments are completed systematically on time and within budget.- Responsible to maintain technical integrity and consistency while ensuring the safe delivery of certification services within the Business Unit.- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Knowledge of codes as they pertain to structural, electrical, plumbing, gas, and HVAC systems in these buildings.- Experience in certification of Park Model Trailers, ready-to-move homes, RVs is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in building engineering or building inspection training.- Five (5) to eight (8) years’ experience in prefabricated structural areas such as modular buildings, park trailers, prefabricated homes and recreational vehicles.- Knowledge of building codes (Ontario and Quebec), Canadian electrical codes, safety codes, gas and plumbing codes and CSA Group standards and certification programs desirable.- Knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part 1.- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025 and quality control systems would be considered an asset.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel.- Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written- Ability to communicate and work in a team environment.- Autonomy and good organizational skills.- Willingness and ability to travel (North America).
