**Job Title**: Landscape Enhancement Crew Lead

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Lead to oversee and execute landscape improvement projects, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role includes hands-on work, supervising crew members, and coordinating with management to complete jobs safely, efficiently, and on time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead a crew of 2-5 team members in the execution of enhancement projects including mulching, pruning, planting, seasonal clean ups, and other landscape improvements.
- Interpret landscape designs, plans, and work orders to ensure projects are completed to specification.
- Train and mentor crew members, promoting safety, efficiency, and quality.
- Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as skid steers, blowers, mowers, trimmers, and trucks.
- Monitor job progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and management, addressing any concerns or requests.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the crew maintains a clean and safe job site.
- Track materials, time, and labor used for each project.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certification in landscaping or horticulture is a plus.
- 2-4 years of landscape experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices, plant identification, and seasonal enhancement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret landscape drawings and blueprints.
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- May involve occasional weekend or overtime hours during peak seasons.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly wage or salary based on experience.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
