Jadee Meat Products is located in Beamsville, Ontario and is an established and growing food processing company. Our team is actively seeking an honest, energetic and hard-working individual to fill the full-time role in our Maintenance Department for the day shift (6:30 a.m. - 3:00p.m.).

**Responsibilities**
- Set-up equipment prior to production start-up.
- Troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment and machinery.
- Upkeep of Building Facilities.
- Inspect the materials and tools inventory and place orders when needed with the assistance of the maintenance supervisor.
- Ability to use tools and equipment required to perform the work (e.g., hand and power tools, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Develop and follow maintenance procedures.
- Work with outside contractors
- Other related duties

**Essential Skills**
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent - preferred experience in a maintenance role.
- Problem solving ability; recognize, assess, report, and provide solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and record keeping ability.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Maintain good working relationships with all co-workers and contractors.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if necessary.
- Satisfactory attendance and former employment history.
