Quality Assurance/ Growing Associate

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintains a safe, clean and healthy production work environment by following good-manufacturing practices.
- Executing a variety of routine processes to produce large volumes of safe, high-quality cannabis products.
- Maintaining strict inventory control over starting materials, intermediates and finished products.
- Recording and keeping track of cannabis products produced through batch records and controlled documents.
- Maintaining the production equipment by cleaning and conducting routine preventive maintenance work.
- Participate in company training and meetings as required.
- Perform other tasks based on management instructions and performance requirements.
- Follows written instruction on all SOP’s, Batch documents etc.
- Maintain a productive-focused and positive attitude.
- Ensure professional behaviors and communication.
- Ensure respectful communications when speaking with co-workers, clients, suppliers, etcetera Work in an organized and timely fashion to ensure that expected productivity is met.
- Work in a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives Maintain composure and work effectively.
- Offer informative and detailed advice in a transparent and trustworthy manner.
- Actively listen during conversation.
- Be committed to a healthy, safe and clean work environment.
**Physical Attributes**
- Lifting weighted items of up to 50 pounds Ladder ascension/descension
- Reaching overhead with arms; repetitive motion
- Able to work in laboratory and manufacturing environment, with moderate noise level.
Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
