**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with a professional demeanor.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing records.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming front desk area.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred, especially in an office setting.
- Proficient in data entry with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of Insolvency preferred but not necessary.
- Must be proficient in MS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.5 per week
