**Job Summary**
The Bar Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and beverage program.

**What You'll Do**:
Assist the General Manager with all aspects of the bar, its team, & handle tasks including:

- Manage the bar while on shift - ensure team members are upholding our service and bar standards, and assist with expediting, and bar maintenance.
- Assist the GM in operations - bar inventory, and ordering.
- Developing team members to ensure consistency of performance, food and drink quality, and hospitality.
- Ensure all routines are completed up to established operating standards
- Build a relationship with local reps
- Curate cocktails and keep beverage list relatable

**Who You Are**:

- Passionate about technique, quality, and innovation.
- Understand the difference between customer service and hospitality and strive for excellence in both.
- Team oriented, reliable, and focused on cleanliness
- Proven experience in restaurant management and supervising teams
- Proficiency in using POS systems
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques is considered an asset
- Background in bartending
