LSW Wear Parts Ltd is a family owned company established in 1993 to service the Mining, Construction and Forestry industries through out Atlantic Canada.

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Product Support Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Representative will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and outside sales staff, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

To be successful as an Inside Product Support Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top representative should also be very competitive and a good listener.

**Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Lead follow ups
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

- Ability to achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone skills.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.

**Extra skills**:

- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to 60lbs)
- Previous Forklift experience and asset.
- Bilingual in both official languages considered an asset.

**Education and experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.

**Salary**: $35,814.08-$45,000.00 per year
