Heart of Niagara Hotels - Parkway Social requires an energetic, mature, motivated, and career-minded **Team Lead **to join our growing entertainment team. **Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Staff Management**: Supervise and support a team of Entertainment Attendants, ensuring they provide high-quality customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures. Schedule, train, and motivate staff to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- ** Operational Efficiency**: Monitor and manage the daily operations of the bowling alley and arcade, including the maintenance and functionality of equipment.

- ** Health and Safety Compliance**: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the entertainment areas, including lanes, arcade machines, and common areas. Oversee safety protocols and ensure a safe environment for both guests and employees.

- ** Event Coordination**: Coordinate and supervise events, leagues, and special promotions.
- ** Performance Reviews**: Provide regular performance feedback to staff and conduct performance reviews.

- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, including Food and Beverage, Front Desk, and Maintenance to ensure seamless execution to our guests.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**:Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or key holder position as well as handling cash and inventory.
