Digital Media Operator

**As a digital media operator at L'amour, you will be a key contributor to our brand's digital presence and engagement strategies. Your role will encompass managing multiple social media platforms, creating captivating visual content, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. **Responsibilities：**

1. Photo Retouching: Perform photo retouching tasks, including color correction, image manipulation, background removal, and enhancement, to ensure product images are visually appealing and meet quality standards.

2. Video Shooting and Filming: Plan, execute and edit video shooting and filming for product promotion and marketing campaigns.

3. Responsible for online brand promotion, interactive advertisements, and picture text writing (can create short videos; Photoshop is preferred); create appealing product advertisement and description version.

4. Sensitive to trending topics, with strong understanding of social media trends as well as knowledge about text style of we-media platforms such as wechat and RED;
5. Understand the writting trend of fashion categories, are capable of independently accomplishing beauty and skin care topics and video planning with excellent writing skills.

6. According to market strategy, responsible for optimizing product description, mining product highlights and selling points, providing intuitive, and appealing text product descriptions.

7. Complete multi-channel advertisement plan based on the promotion strategies, characteristics of each channel, as well as the needs of market activities, to monitor and analyze the media release data.

Job Requirements:
1. More than two year of experience in social media management and social media editing and familiarity with all types of manuscript composition;
2. Capable of producing high-quality documents in a short amount of time, with solid writing skills, and capable of completing the topic selection, planning, and editing of articles independently;
3. Understand the skin care, beauty, and fashion industries and have own opinions about them

4. Pay close attention to the details, demonstrate a high level of professionalism and responsibility, and have a solid teamwork ethic;
5. Proficency with Capcut, Photosho and Illustrator.

6. Capable with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and additional office software;
7. Bachlor or higher degree in Digital Media or related field is an asset;
8. Proficieny in Mandarin is must have. Profolio is required.

4. 对热点反应灵敏、网感好、熟悉微信生态、公众号、微博小红书等自媒体平台文字风格；

5. 了解时尚品类创作趋势、能独立完成美妆护肤类选题和视频策划、文字功底好

6. 根据市场策略，负责优化产品描述，挖掘产品亮点与卖点，对产品进行直观、感性、富有吸引力的文字描述

7. 根据各渠道的推广策略与优势特点，结合市场活动需求，完成 全媒体投放计划，并对媒体投放数据进行监测分析

职位要求：

1. 2年以上媒体管理与媒体编辑的工作经验，熟悉各类文稿撰写；

2. 具备短时间内完成高质量文案的写作能力，有扎实的文字功底，能够独立完成专题性文章的选题、策划、编辑工作；

3. 对护肤、美妆、时尚行业了解，并有自己的见解

4. 注重细节，有高度的敬业精神和责任感，强烈的团队合作意识；

5. 熟悉剪映，Photoshop和Illustrator等软件的使用；

6. 能熟练运用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件；

7. 拥有数字媒体或相关领域学士或更高学位者优先；

8. 必须具备熟练的普通话。
