Join our dedicated dental team as a **Sterilization Technician** We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Sterilization Technician plays a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe clinical setting by ensuring all instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Maintain proper inventory and organize instruments for each procedure
- Operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment following manufacturer and OSHA guidelines
- Follow infection control protocols and clinic safety procedures
- Assist with operatory turnover and basic clinical support as needed
- Maintain documentation logs related to sterilization processes

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Certification in infection control or sterilization (a plus but not required)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
