**Reporting**
Reporting to the Manager, Operations and Business Development, the Territory Manager works directly with each store within their territory to maximize business growth and performance, supporting their day-to-day operations and program implementation.

**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with store Owners, and store management, provide strategic coaching and guidance to achieve financial targets, develop budgets, and outline opportunities for improvement in a professional and viable operational environment
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the store Owner and their management team
- Identify new business strategies for growth and revenue generation
- Identify business challenges and opportunities and suggest appropriate action plans
- Provide leadership and guidance for store ownership changes, store renovations and new store openings
- Assist store Owners with business succession planning
- Develop and communicate best practices to improve customer service, the customer experience, and overall operational processes, including retail excellence
- Build a positive working relationship with your department team members and all Region team members. Store visits may be done in conjunction with other team members
- Regular store visits, demonstrating a strong understanding of the total business, including:
- Retail store operations
- Pharmacy; dispensary automation, operations, workflow, inventory management, technician development and pricing strategies, and patient care services
- Marketing & Merchandising
- Brand Standards
- Human Resources
- Represent Pharmasave at various conferences and events as required
- Ensure all required reports are completed within the timeframe allocated
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Experience**
- Some experience in the dispensary is an asset
**Requirements**:
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s license
- Flexibility to travel within your territory, including occasional overnight stays
- Flexibility to travel outside your territory on occasion, including overnight stays
- Must have strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full range of body motion required, while lifting items weighing up to 30lbs (above
shoulders, twisting, bending, climbing ladder while balancing items in hands)
- Medium to heavy lifting required; up to 30 lbs. daily. Examples: lifting totes, boxes, products, shelves, interior store sign, store equipment and hand-held tools
- Lifting and installing shelving 4’ in length (weighing up to 15 lbs.)
- Extensive standing while placing products on/off shelving

**Salary**
Competitive base salary, bonus, RRSP, comprehensive benefits package and vehicle allowance.
