**A day in the life of a Receiver/Forklift operator**:

- Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments (roughly 75% of your time)
- Verify the accuracy of each shipment by comparing it to the purchase order or delivery note
- Sort and store goods in the appropriate location in the warehouse
- Update inventory records in the computer system
- Prepare and pack items for shipment, as required
- Identify and report any discrepancies or damages to the warehouse supervisor
- Operate a narrow aisle reach forklift to move and stack materials in the warehouse (roughly 25% of your time)
- Load and unload trucks as required
- Conduct regular safety checks on the forklift and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
- Ensure that all materials are stored in the correct locations
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse, as required

**What you will bring to the team**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Familiarity with receiving procedures and inventory management
- Proficient in the use of computer systems for inventory management
- Valid Narrow Aisle Reach forklift operator's certification (or experience andwillingness to complete certification which would be support by Wurth Canada)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a narrow aisle reach forklift
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 20-30 lb objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment
