**Full Time Shipper and Receiver at 11602 257 Street, Acheson, AB, T7X6C3**

**Job duties**:

- To operate a forklift to move materials in and out of the buildings
- To assist drivers with loading and unloading cages/pallets with a forklift
- To receive, sort and weigh electronic waste from incoming shipment
- To collect, weigh, stage and load materials for outgoing shipments
- To communicate with the management team when an outgoing shipment is ready
- To perform monthly facility inspections

Shanked Computer Recycling Inc. (SCRI) is an approved electronic recycler based in **Acheson, Alberta**(15 minutes away from Edmonton) and managed by the Alberta Recycling Management Authority. **Qualifications**

v Experience operating a forklift is a necessity

v Experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred

v Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and prolonged standing

v Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and troubleshooting

v Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

v Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines

v Ability to use small power tools to disassemble electronic materials

v Must be physically fit to work in a fast-paced environment

v Language:Speak, Read and Write English

**Other Job Details**

**PPEs provided by the company**:Masks, coveralls, gloves, safety glasses and earplugs

**Transport**: Own transport is required as there is only limited public transportation available.

**Wage**:$26.00 per hour to start, and increases depending on performance and dedication-review in 3 months.

**Benefit**:Healthcare Spending Account after six months of employment

**Hours**:7:30 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
