Our company is searching for a reliable Reservation Agent to answer and process reservation requests from customers. You will be responsible for answering various customer questions, processing reservations and updating records. As a Reservation Agent, you will provide our customers with an outstanding customer service. We expect high quality standards for all our employees. Since you will be using technology to expedite your work, a degree of computer knowledge is required. Skills to be expected include good communication, active listening and phone etiquette. To succeed in this role, you should have great organizational ability, being able to handle multiple calls efficiently and work independently. Having great attention to detail is essential due to the large amount of financial and personal information that you will handle on a daily basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accept and process walk-in and phone bookings, assign them to specific personnel if required and organize their schedules accordingly.
- Greet clients and share any important information regarding reservations, rates, etc. and answer any questions.
- Input reservation details into the reservation system., including customer contact details, contact methods and specifications.
- Discuss available options with customers based on their requirements and preference.
- Make sure customers are informed of flight schedules, delay information etc. and maintain a good level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Ensure payment is secured before sending off travelers.
- Keep track of travel documents like passports, tickets etc. for security purposes.
- Deal with conflict resolution to get both parties satisfied at the end of the conversation.
- Answer calls from Travel Agents requesting assistance or information about reservations.
- Coordinate with other departments like airport operations, maintenance, cabin crew etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
