Calgary, Canada Gutter Doctor Full time

We have an opening for a reliable and hard working person (as an employee or subcontractor) to service homes in and around Calgary. The job consists of working alone meeting with customers to assess the problems on their house. You would be mainly fixing and cleaning gutters (eavestroughs) as well as occasionally working with fascia, soffit, siding, and roofing. Experience with some of these services would be advantageous.

Pay is based on commission. We pay a percentage of the sales that you complete. You can make good money at this job if you are efficient and hard working. There is no limit to how much you can make.

As an employee your income will vary based on how efficiently you complete the work, but generally is between $30-$40/hr. The company supplies the truck (including fuel and maintenance), tools, customer leads, and materials. You would be required to give estimates and complete the work that was accepted by the customers. EI and CPP are deducted from paychecks, so it is possible to go on EI over the winter.

As a subcontractor you will make more than double the amount as an employee, but you will need to own your own truck, tools, and pay your own fuel, parts, WCB and liability insurance. No EI or CPP would be deducted as you would be your own company. We have a truck and tools all set up that we could sell you if you don't have your own. Being a subcontractor is better suited to people who have plenty of experience and already have their own business.

This is a seasonal job that runs approximately April to November/December each year. The season ends when the cold/snowy weather settles in.

Job Requirements:
Experience working at heights outdoors
In person customer service/sales experience
Very strong work ethic
Honest and reliable
No criminal record
Clean drivers license
Parking space for the pick-up truck
Smartphone with data plan

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour as an employee

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
