**Position Details**:

- ** Location**: Delta, Tilbury Park
- ** Pay Range**: $60,000 to $65,000
- ** Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer progress and final/holdback invoicing, mostly for construction projects
- Change order/purchase order follow-up
- Customer collections follow-up
- Statutory declarations, contract SOV preparation, completion documentation, insurance and bonding, builders lien procedures
- Project invoice/cost reconciliations
- Collections escalation, including bonding claims and small court claims
- Deposits postings
- Month-end support

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role
- Sage 300 experience is required
- Accounting designation or degree is an asset
- Maturity and professionalism to handle confidential financial data
- High computer literacy and efficiency to handle high-volume work
- A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and continuous improvement team environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset
