**About you**

You are someone with a post-secondary education in Applied Business Management Processes, Business Administration, Procurement, and Contracting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or a combination of equivalent experience. You have knowledge of procurement and contracting principles, and relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, as well as an understanding of standard contractual terms, and are familiar with modern sourcing and contracting systems. You have strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to collaborate with business units, manage operations, and general business skills. Additionally, you are a team player with a great strategic mindset, problem-solving, and change management skills. Your high written and oral capability in the English language is required. Your proficiency in French and your knowledge of best practices in an NGO or international development setting will be considered an asset.

**About the role**

You will be reporting to the Manager, Procurement, and Contracting. You will be responsible for overseeing daily sourcing, contracting, transactional purchasing, supplier management, and other internal procurement support activities. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing various contractual modalities and providing procurement support and guidance to Nutrition International's business units the at head office and in the field, including regional and country offices.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Draft and/or review various contractual prior to managerial or executive sign-off.
- Provide procurement support and guidance to business units, at the NI’s head office and regional offices.
- Coordinate procurement needs for the program and organization with internal stakeholders and adhere to policies, procedures, and donor terms.
- Support rigorous, transparent procurement processes in compliance with NI policies, laws, and donor requirements.
- Support the development of contracts aligned with policies and donor requirements to protect the organization's interests and minimize risks.
- Support management in the implementation of a continuous year-round training calendar
- Support management in implementing year-round training to ensure staff understands procurement and contracting policies and procedures.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be required
