As a growing company with deep industry roots and a strong reputation for quality and service, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to help elevate our operational capabilities and support the next phase of our business expansion.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse Manager who is equally skilled at leading daily operations and contributing to business development. This role involves managing warehouse workflows, ensuring efficient inventory and logistics operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and helping drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all daily warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to align inventory flow and delivery schedules

Maintain organized and optimized storage systems, ensuring accuracy in stock levels

Train, supervise, and support warehouse staff to maintain high levels of performance and safety

Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and report operational trends and improvement opportunities

Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations

Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues efficiently and proactively

Business Development & Project Support
Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities through new vendor relationships and service offerings

Coordinate logistics and inventory setup for warehouse expansions and facility renovations

Work closely with suppliers, service providers, and contractors to manage supply chain and operational projects

Support store operations and liaise with the Sales Manager to align business strategies and goals

**Qualifications**:
College diploma or higher in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

4+ years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations roles — preferably in retail, e-commerce, or industrial distribution

Proven experience in managing teams, inventory, and process improvement

Strong project coordination and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and basic data reporting tools

Knowledge of the rope, gear, or rigging industry is a strong asset

Familiarity with local logistics and supplier networks is preferred
