- Vancouver, BC**CoSA VFX** is looking for a talented **Studio Assistant** with basic administrative experience to fill an on-premise, full-time contract opportunity supporting our busy management team and it's administrative needs.

**SUMMARY**

This position is suited for an enthusiastic person who enjoys multi-tasking, has a positive attitude, and has a strong desire to help others. This role needs an organizational talent who can help support our senior leadership team while also being the go-to person for studio facility needs. This role will primarily function in an administrative capacity and is intended to serve as an introduction to CoSA VFX’s production infrastructure to foster future growth within the studio.

Ideal applicants will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, keen attention to detail, a proactive attitude - and a great sense of humour

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reception and studio administrative duties
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
- Participate in organizing team events (digital and in-person)
- Manage studio supplies (inventory and purchase)
- Liaise with outside vendors and building maintenance
- Research various business and creative topics on behalf of the team
- Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1+ years in an administrative assistant role preferred
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skillset
- Ability to multi-task, be proactive, and work unsupervised
- Understanding of how to prioritize tasks and respond accordingly
- Team player who operates in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to be discreet and maintain confidential information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and Mac OS
- Interest in Visual Effects production
- Driver’s license a big plus
