**Job Profile: Line Cook**

Reporting to the Head Chef, the Line Cook is a key part of our culinary team, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and care. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, supporting the kitchen in delivering consistent, delicious meals to our members and guests.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Create Culinary Excellence**: Prepare and cook a variety of menu items using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- **Prep with Precision**: Assist in food preparation including chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients to ensure efficient service.
- **Maintain a Clean Environment**: Keep your station clean, sanitized, and well-organized at all times.
- **Follow Standards**: Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed at all times.
- **Support the Team**: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.
- **Stock and Organize**: Help with receiving and storing deliveries and keeping ingredients properly stocked and rotated.

**Qualifications**:

- Food Safe and/or Food Handler Certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
