As an experienced Bartender at Nan's Parlour, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving drinks with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism.
- Mixing and serving cocktails and beverages in accordance with our recipes and standards.
- Providing menu recommendations and offering knowledge about our offerings.
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Anticipating and addressing guest needs to ensure their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of server/bartender experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.
- Open full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON K1N 5P5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- bartending: 2 years (preferred)
