**ABOUT US**

Mountain View is a growing, multi-site fuel and convenience retail operation with locations across Northwest Ontario, including First Nation communities. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional value, fostering community engagement, and offering high-quality customer experiences at all of our sites.

We are currently seeking a **professional, experienced, and organized Marketing Manager** to oversee all marketing functions for our brands. This is a critical leadership role reporting directly to senior management and will involve developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive revenue, increase brand visibility, and enhance customer loyalty.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and manage the company-wide annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar
- Plan, execute, and analyze in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
- Lead the creation and distribution of branded content across all digital and print platforms
- Oversee social media management, digital advertising, and community outreach programs
- Coordinate internal communication to ensure alignment of sales, promotion, and operational initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity; identify opportunities to enhance brand position
- Manage vendor relationships related to advertising, design, signage, promotional printing, etc.
- Collaborate with site-level managers to train frontline staff on promotional execution and upselling
- Maintain brand standards across all physical locations and public-facing materials
- Track and report on KPIs such as campaign ROI, foot traffic, customer engagement, and sales performance

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing management or coordination role (retail, QSR, C-store, or fuel industry preferred)
- Proven ability to design and implement successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Experience working in or with Indigenous communities is considered an asset
- Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Suite)

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
