Driver/Warehouse Associate - Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a Valid G Driver’s License - Provide a driver’s abstract in good standing - Exemplary communication skills - Day trips driving to windfarms across the Southern Ontario region, 2-3 times a week - from Windsor -> Hamilton, Orangeville -> Hamilton etc - Could be required to drive up to 8-10 hour driving in a day (rough trip) - Ability to perform warehouse duties, office repairs, building maintenance and housekeeping. - Excellent customer service by making prompt and courteous deliveries of customer orders along with picking up items as requested. - Performs all job responsibilities in a safe, timely and efficient manner **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**: - Load company vehicle accurately and safely for customer deliveries - Forklift/Reach truck training will be provided after probation period - Unload company vehicle as needed at customer facilities - Load company vehicle at customer facilities - Drive the company vehicle to make customer deliveries and pick-ups - Obeying traffic laws and safety procedures - Maintain appropriate licensing, credentials while maintaining a clean driver’s abstract - Must always look and conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner - Treat external and internal customers and associates with courtesy and respect - Use of computer and ipad to receive and pack items - system training provided - Participate in ongoing education and training as directed or desired - Providing excellent customer service - Perform vehicle and/or forklift inspections as required - Schedule routine and vehicle repair maintenance as needed. Maintain presentable vehicle appearance and cleaning as needed - Perform other responsibilities as directed - Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all safety rules. Inform manager of any potentially hazardous conditions. **Abilities and Physical Requirements**: - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand and walk for various periods of time - Regularly required to lift to 10 lbs. and up to 60 lbs (with help of crane) - Ability to use a computer and ipad in order to receive/ship items. - Basic knowledge of warehouse, office repairs and maintenance **Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking Schedule: - Monday to Friday **Education**: - Secondary School (preferred) Work Location: In person
