Domestic Admissions Advisor

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to prospective students and their families, effectively communicating the benefits of our programs.
- Utilize Ellucian software to manage student records and track admissions progress.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop strategies for attracting new students.
- Provide personalized support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program offerings, institutional policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Participate in recruitment events, fairs, and community outreach initiatives to promote our institution.
**Qualifications**
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in educational settings or admissions processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with Ellucian or similar student information systems is a plus.
- Proven ability to educate and inform prospective students about various academic programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Pay: $40,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
