**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and cooking of meals under the guidance of chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages to kitchen management.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support chefs during meal service by preparing plates, garnishing dishes, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Participate in daily kitchen operations, including setting up workstations and cleaning up after service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English language.
