**MKM Projects Ltd. - Construction Project Coordinator**

**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for a Construction Project Coordinator located in beautiful Qualicum Beach, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional that wants to be part of a close-knit hard-working team that prides themselves in every building they help build.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of detailed project plans.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Schedule and attend project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and circulate minutes.
- Track project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Assist in resolving any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
- Coordinate and collect all close-out documents including as-build record drawings, warranties, operating and maintenance manuals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction project coordination or a similar role within a construction management company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Spectrum Project Management System would be a bonus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
