Chef Childcare

**Do you love cooking nutritious meals and making a difference in children’s lives?**
We are looking for a **reliable and organized Chef** to join our childcare team You'll be preparing fresh, healthy meals and snacks daily for **84 children aged 1 to 4 years** in a fun, caring environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prepare daily meals and snacks for young children
- Accommodate all **food allergies and dietary restrictions**:

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth daily routine

**Requirements**:

- **Experience** cooking for large groups (childcare or similar setting preferred)
- Strong understanding of **children’s allergies and dietary needs**:

- Valid **Food Handler Certification**:

- Current **Vulnerable Sector Police Check**:

- **Standard First Aid & CPR Level C** (_an asset_)

- Comfortable working in a childcare setting
- Committed to supporting healthy child development through food

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
