**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
- Match and blend colors to ensure uniformity and high-quality results.
- Protect floors, furniture, and fixtures from paint splashes and spills.
- Work from blueprints, specifications, and design plans to achieve desired results.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and make necessary touch-ups.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of past work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications.
- Knowledge of painting tools, materials, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $23.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
