: Moulding Engineering Manager overseeing teams including; Skilled Trades (Tool & Die, Machinists), Moulding Technicians, Apprentices, and Moulding Process Engineering The manufacturing facility is a 30,000 sq meters automotive Tier 1 supplier, utilizing JIT, TPS / Lean Manufacturing practices while providing highest quality HVAC and engine cooling systems to our customers.

RESPONSIBILITES & DUTIES:
Safety - Sets targets and ensures the team is trained and performs all work safely, conforming to all legislative and DENSO specific requirements including Contractor safety.

Quality - Ensure the company has an effective mould maintenance management system. Manages the vendors and services related to mould tooling, tool room machines & facilities. Ensures highest quality processes and controls while maintaining IATF QMS standards. Launches and develops processes and equipment specific to moulding operations

Delivery - Ensures assets are maintained to prescribed standards to maximize reliability and productivity; plan, organize and control tooling inventory, trials for new tooling and maintenance of current tooling. Ensure efficient and effective planning of mould preventative maintenance as well as scheduling for unplanned tooling repairs. Cost

Management - Create and Manage the Tool & Die and Moulding Technicians budgets; plan, organize, control and evaluate the maintenance of all Tool & Die equipment and Mould tooling inventory. Manage and maximize efficiency of spare mould tooling inventory. Identifies process improvement opportunities and proposes capital projects with ROI analysis

Human Resources - Manage and develop Direct and Indirect Reports. Work as a team with Operations and Support Departments to achieve plant Goals and Objectives. Interface with leadership at affiliated DENSO plants, with local vendors of tools & equipment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Skilled Trade Certificate(s) 5+ Years Management Experience Budgeting Experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical Skills in Multiple Disciplines (Mould Making, Tool and Die, Machinist) College Diploma or University Degree in Engineering Project Management/Contractor Management Experience
