**Salary**: $63,100.00 - $78,800.00/Year

Language Requirement: Bilingual is an asset

Working Hours: 35 hours per week. This role involves weekend and evening hours, as well as occasional travel.

Job Reports To: Manager of Orchestra Projects

**Key Activities**:
Under the supervision of the Manager of Orchestra Projects, the Operations Coordinator will maintain the musician personnel module in OPAS database (orchestra planning and administration system); provide clerical work pertaining to the musician’s services, including documentation for payroll; and provide assistance with project management including, but not limited to, touring, recordings, digital initiatives and ancillary events.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Music, Music Business or Arts Administration; or a combination of relevant experience;
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to identity and manage priorities;
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook is required;
- Knowledge of OPAS, an asset;
- Excellent administration skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Excellent event coordination skills;
- Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and/or personal information;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;\
- Ability to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages an asset.
