We are looking for energetic and customer focused individuals to join our team as **Insurance Service Brokers.**You will work closely with customers to assist in their requests for policy renewals, changes in existing coverage, adding new drivers etc. You bring strong attention to detail while continuing to deliver a high level of professional customer service.

**No experience required.** **We will train you** We provide an 8 week intensive paid training program to help assist you in acquiring your RIBO License.

Position**:Insurance Service Brokers, Scoop Insurance Brokers (Welland)**

**What do you Bring? (required Qualifications)**
- A results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, delivering professionalism and expertise to our clients
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Must be organized, able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills
- Great computer skills navigating multiple screens and platforms with a proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel

**Key Accountabilities**

Responsibilities of the Insurance Service Broker will include but not limited to:

- Provide a friendly and professional experience our customers will remember
- Assist customers with changes to their policy and give advice on the coverage that best meets their need
- Ask probing questions to investigate and assess risk, ensuring the correct premium and coverages are applied
- Provide quotes and sell policies for new and renewing customers
- Manage your day to ensure your work remains current and you keep your commitments to our clients
- Stay informed on industry trends and changes within our insurance company products as well as brokerage workflows
- **What do we offer?**
- **$40K** guaranteed income during RIBO training (2 weeks)

**$45K** guaranteed income after passing the RIBO exam plus monthly commission

Progression to **$60K** after achieving performance metrics
