**The Opportunity**

In this role, you will be provided with a solid onboarding program to build up your knowledge and confidence of personal lines insurance. This includes working in our very own Duliban Academy and utilizing company resources to get the training you need. Once you are a licensed insurance broker, you will move into a service role where you will be responsible for managing the client experience.

The best part? **You don’t need previous insurance experience for this role.** We will facilitate your RIBO licensing and train you to be a successful member of our team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Conduct policy changes and endorsements for clients
- Answer incoming calls and welcome clients who visit our office in person
- Assist clients with reporting claims to the insuring company
- Respond to carrier requests for information on existing policies
- Able to complete an ITV on system for property policies
- Use an ARS system to provide quotes to insureds
- Process client payments and assist with billing inquiries
- Work closely with other departments to service client requests

- Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity
- Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Works well within a team and independently, taking initiative to assist team members where needed
- Interacts with patience, enthusiasm and dedication
- Pays close attention to detail and multitasks with a high level of organization and accuracy
- Approaches learning and professional development with enthusiasm
Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of customer service experience
