**The role**:
We are adding a compassionate and knowledgeable Technician to our team in Sudbury. You will be trained on the tools you will be working with and the equipment you will be repairing. You will work directly with clients to understand the issues with their equipment and troubleshoot to solve the problem. You will travel to different sites, both private residences and community facilities to accommodate client needs.

- ** Diagnose and repair.**You will quickly learn how to repair wheelchairs and custom mobility equipment and how to navigate our software system. You will assess issues with manual and power devices, troubleshoot batteries and functionality, and repair equipment.

- ** Technical skills.** You have previous experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment. You have exposure to using diagnostic tools and power equipment. You genuinely enjoy learning new tools and approaches to solving tactical challenges.
