**Duties**
- Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Perform bodywork, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
- Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking.
- Conduct quality inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to safety standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
**Experience**
- Ability and knowledge to paint vehicles.
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in the automotive repair industry.
- Proficiency in using body repair tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of vehicle construction methods and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program is a plus but not required.
