**What’s a day like as Service Advisor?**
- Responsible for ensuring all steps in Accelerated Service Process is completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Greet customer and begin the process of helping the customer through the required repair.
- Write up repair order for customer’s vehicle and advise customer of necessary repairs accurately and clearly.
- Act as positive liaison between technicians, foreman, parts department and customers.
- Review work completed and charges to the customer upon repair completion and close repair order as appropriate.
- Handle customer inquiries whether by telephone or walk in regarding inbound work and work in progress.
- Complies with all Carrier Centers’ policies and procedures including Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- 3-5 years of work experience as a service advisor in an auto or large truck environment.
- Mechanical experience with large trucks would be considered an asset.
- Has a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills, a high attention to detail and the ability to quickly adapt and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- An individual who is results driven, has the ability to lead and is a team player with a strong sense of urgency.
- Will be self-motivated and has a strong drive for excellence.
- Consistently exhibits a professional attitude and presents a positive image to all internal and external customers.

10:30 am
- 7:00 PM Monday
- Friday
