Dealer Operations Analyst

Job Description: Reporting to the Honda Dealer Operations Zone Manager, this Dealer Operations Analyst is a developmental position to evaluate the individual suitability to become a Field associate.

The incumbent is responsible for all operational matters of Group 1* Honda Dealer Business in order to strengthen and support the brand while ensuring attainment of all Key Performance Metrics, dealership profitability, customer satisfaction and lifetime owner loyalty.

The Dealer Operations Analyst will be the frontline contact and the key liaison with the Group 1 dealers via virtual contact to ensure the overall objectives of Honda are achieved and Honda Brand Image is protected. This individual will also provide support to the Dealer Operations Zone Manager as well as administrative function in the zone office.

QUALIFICATIONS: *

*
Completed post-secondary education specializing in Business or Automotive
- Must have excellent PC skills with working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must entail strong presentation and communication skills. Written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Must be interpersonal, ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Must be results-oriented.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships and all members of the team.
- Several years’ experience in the automotive field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Wholesale sales experience (is preferred)
- Knowledge of Honda products and retail and wholesale businesses
- Develop, establish and maintain good working relationship with Honda North America suppliers, partners, consultants, stakeholders and other network contacts.
- English language ability preferred in order to facilitate communication with Honda National Office senior management and executives.
- Enjoys team-building approach of management and department - shares results.

Le titulaire est responsable de toutes les questions opérationnelles liées aux activités des concessionnaires Honda de groupe 1* afin de renforcer et de soutenir la marque tout en veillant à l’atteinte de toutes les mesures de rendement clés, à la rentabilité des concessionnaires, à la satisfaction de la clientèle et à la fidélisation à vie des propriétaires.

L’analyste des opérations aux concessionnaires sera la personne-ressource de première ligne et le principal agent de liaison avec les concessionnaires de groupe 1 au moyen d’une communication virtuelle pour s’assurer que les objectifs généraux de Honda sont atteints et que l’image de marque de Honda est protégée. Cette personne offrira également du soutien aux directeurs des opérations concessionnaires de la Zone ainsi que des fonctions administratives au bureau de la zone.

S’assurer que 100 % des concessionnaires atteignent les principaux piliers de HBF
