**Under the direction of the Principal, the Early Childhood Educator**:
- partners with the classroom teachers(s) to plan and implement a full day early learning program;
- collaborates in the design of high quality and effective play-based programs and environments;
- supports enhanced physical, cognitive, emotional and social development within the context of a Catholic learning environment, as part of the Early Learning program team.
**Required Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:
- an Early Childhood Education diploma or degree;
- registration with the Ontario College of Early Childhood Education;
- recent experience with kindergarten age children preferred;
- current First Aid and CPR certification.
**In addition, the following will be considered an asset**:
- minimum two years experience
- bilingualism
- experience working in a school setting
**Status**:To be considered you must be available to work based on the start and end date of the term assignment.
**Salary**:Hourly wage between $25.03 to $26.79 plus 4% in lieu of vacation pay
