**Overall Job Function**:
We implement and support on all areas of the employee lifecycle and all DC HR related matters.
**Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to**:
Execute the HR strategy covering all areas in the employee lifecycle. Help to create conditions for people which will enable the people to achieve short-term and long-term business goals
Implement and support all Employee Cycle DC HR matters
Act as business partner & support DC leaders in any HR related area
Ensure DC managers & leaders work with structured performance management guidelines for all employees in the DC
Support DC Management teams to assess, coach & train talent
Inform DC employees of relevant programs, trainings & career opp.
Orchestrate local trainings in the DC
Support in the area of local logistics Employee relations and ensure all people-related matters are carried out according to local labor law/ regulations, union/ work environment. / comp & benefits, & H&M Group standards
Support local union negotiations as necessary, dev. relations with unions
Support local change initiatives; actively participate/ support global program roll outs
Implement and execute Logistics Employee Branding (EB) strategy
Support recruitment & selection processes, including local log. internship programs
Support any HR related project, run values, culture and I&D activities promoting an I&D culture
**Additional Accountabilities**:
Solid knowledge in HR core activities (e.g. training, onboarding, recruitment) as well as DC operations
Solid functional understanding of role requirements within DC across functions & interdependencies within reg. / global org
Excellent understanding of group’s values, culture, training initiatives etc.
Solid understanding of local labor law and regulations
Strong skills in communication, coordination, conflict resolution, disciplinary concepts and workplace investigations
Holistic view for the bigger perspective with a visionary approach
Ability to encourage collaboration, co-creation and people development by empowering others
Agile mindset, positive attitude to change & meaningful growth
Inclusive and empathetic towards others, encouraging diversity
Self-awareness, understanding your impact on others and contribution to the whole group
**Role Requirements**:
Acts as an H&M brand ambassador
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically with internal messaging
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to provide and take feedback objectively and respond in a timely and professional manner
Able to provide leadership and act in a professional and confidential way
**Strong organizational skills**: able to prioritize what is important
Strong computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Communication or other business-related field or equivalent years of work experience
2+ years leadership or HR experience
3+ years of disability management; collaborating with Operations, Safety Team, and employees on Return To Work plans
