**Job description**:
Demonstrate safe and environmentally sound work behaviours at all times in support of Toromont's Health and Safety Policy, Programs and initiatives
Prepare and transmit equipment and work tool orders to vendors
Review orders and acknowledgements to ensure accuracy
Assist and collaborate with Sales Representatives and Service Coordinators for new equipment sourcing
Provide administrative support to Supervisor including internal system updates and forecasts
Assist internal customers with all order related issues, including transit times, equipment specifications and troubleshooting

**Job Qualifications**:
College diploma
Bilingualism (written and spoken)
Knowledge of MS Office software and SAP (an asset)
Organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong aoordination skills
Financial or business skills
Teamwork
