**Job Title**: Child and Youth Worker

**Location**: Renfrew, ON

**Pay rate**: $25-27/hr

As a Child & Youth Worker at Agile Healthcare Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in providing top-notch patient care and contributing to the success of healthcare initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support and intervention services to children and youth.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals.
- Administer medications with a strong understanding of pharmacology.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.

**Key Requirements**:

- CPR/First Aid must be valid
- Must have valid Covid Vaccination Certificate
- Pharmacology experience and medication administration skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the unique needs of children and youth.

**Education**:

- Diploma or degree in Child and Youth Work or a related field.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Renfrew, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Child & Youth Worker Diploma (required)
