Odyssey Health Services (a division of J Marlin and Associates Inc.), is a dynamic inter-professional team that provides a broad spectrum of services tailored to the individual’s specific difficulties. Services range from complex, multidisciplinary assessment and treatment (integrating medical and behavioural science) to psychological assessment and treatment for less complex cases. Patients are referred by employers, disability insurers, and other health care professionals.

**You are**:
- A Psychologist, Psychological Associate, fully registered for autonomous practice and in good standing with your provincial regulatory body, as applicable.
- Must be registered within a province, and eligible for registration in Quebec.
- Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based interventions facilitating functional restoration with a return-to-work focus; including behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivation interviewing with adults.
- Ability to function effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Proven organizational, time management, and consultation skills
- Excellent oral and written skills (bilingual skills in French an asset)
- Experience in supervising, evaluating, and managing clinical staff as asset
- Must be eligible and willing to register with the College of Psychologists of Ontario upon appointment
