**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly as they arrive at the dental office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage and optimize patient scheduling, including appointment bookings, confirmations, and reminders.
- Process patient information and verify insurance details to facilitate billing procedures.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication.
- Confidently explaining dental procedures and treatments to patients at the desk.
- Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Administrator / Receptionist is required. Minimum 1-2 yrs experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate phone systems and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate patient records.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
